About the Chef

Winnie Leclair has refined her Pastry Arts under the close tutelage of some of the finest pastry chefs in Prince Edward County. After over 20 years of experience in fields of Bookkeeping, Taxation, and Accounting, Winnie returned to school to be trained in the Culinary Arts.

Winnie graduated Top of her Class from Loyalist College in the Culinary Management Program, placing high on the Dean's List and receiving the Excellence in Professionalism Award.

After being introduced to both the Savory and Sweet sides of the Culinary Field, she fell in love with the Art of Pastry. Working with the late Willi Fida of Angeline's and Master Pastry Chef Christian Marchsteiner of Sweet Occasions instilled and rooted the basic and advanced techniques of the pastry field. With these skills, and guidance from her mentors, she has bloomed into an artistic and talented Pastry Chef.
